Property Manager

Job Full Description We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager role with a property management client for one of their Madison area properties. The property consists of around 100 unites for the elderly and disabled units, and is project based Section 8 housing. The role includes: Rent collection Payables Holding residents accountable for lease violations including issuing legal notices and going through the eviction process Working with maintenance to ensure the upkeep of the property, entailing walking the property daily as well as conducting annual inspections Processing applications for the waiting list as well as for vacancies Understanding the compliance portion of Section 8, and collecting info from residents regarding income changes as well as signing new rent recertificatoin paperwork.
