Assists facilities in the region with retirement risk analysis and development of innovative programs to ensure workforce continuity. Uses external scan tools to understand the market and educate facility leaders on labor market conditions, providing recommendations for programs and practices. Develops and maintains effective partnerships to understand business and recruiting needs, establishing effective recruiting strategies. Develops process improvement plans using LEAN methodology to improve local regional team processes and partners on nationwide implementations, executing planned improvements and sustaining gains. Works closely with the Talent Acquisition Director in developing, implementing, and evaluating ongoing recruitment processes, programs, and functions. Develops, implements, and manages an effective forecasting model to move to just-in-time recruiting strategies. Networks through industry contacts, associations, trade groups, and employees to develop relationships and pipelines. Implements recruiting strategy, calculates and reports return on investment, and advises on alternate solutions. Partners with HR leaders and HR Shared Services to foster a team environment promoting open communication. Other duties as assigned. Leads regional recruiting team, ensuring accountability to results and SLA’s. Partners with other Regional Managers and Sr. International Manager to meet annual recruiting targets efficiently and effectively.
