We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for our Team Members.Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Specialist IThe Asset Lifecycle Management Specialist I is responsible for supporting Niagara Bottling plants and corporate teams through strategic planning, research, hands on asset verification, learnings, maintenance, and analysis of company assets. An in-depth knowledge of process improvement, procurement, work orders, and warranty are required. This is a hands-on role which requires technical and mechanical aptitude.Essential Functions Capture, plan and optimize preventive maintenance for utility mobile assets in Oracle; develop SME-level expertise; own system updates, communications, and dashboards. Partner with the SRM team to support and improve asset reliability. Must possess the skill set to work independently and possess the capability/knowledge to troubleshoot as needed and in a timely/efficient manner. Recording all relevant Asset data and equipment photos for each machine center within each facility. Communicate effectively with plant teams including prearrival coordination, weekly progress and close out meetings, requests, opportunity discussions. Submit weekly Plant Visit Reports, and book all flights/hotels/cars accordingly Oversee asset databases, equipment manuals, intake documentation, and review technical equipment specifications. Assist in conducting regular audits and prepare reports for management review. Perform strategic planning by identifying research and schedule project deliverables Execute projects while maintaining schedule adherence, project execution and supporting recovery efforts as needed. Analyze key data metrics to identify trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Collaborate cross-functionally with peers to ensure project success (brainstorming, execution, and training) Develop a strong understanding of general machine equipment operations, repairs and maintenance knowledge. Gain proficiency in database management responsibilities Create Standard Job Aids and procedure documents to standardize process and workflows Maintain SME status of ALM projects and facilitate training of super-users Learn SharePoint MFG365 audits. Oracle Inventory/Procurement Mastery of Oracle inventory transactions including: Entering inventory items into the parts catalog Updating/revising inventory catalog items Creating/performing cycle counts Inventory transfers Mastery of Oracle procurement processes including: Requisition/PO Creation Receiving PO and receipt correction Usage of expense categories and account codes for accurate accounting practices Knowledge of Oracle work order process including: Work order KPI Knowledge of Oracle Warranty process including: Credited parts and reclamation process Warranty KPI List if any travel is required using percentage of time: 25% - on average travels 1 week out of the month Please note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
