We are looking for a full time technician who can troubleshoot and repair bakery & food service equipment such as ovens, burners, proofers, panwasher, etc.DetailsPosition: Field MechanicPosition Type: Full TimeTotal Hours: 40+hoursExperience: 1-2 Years ExperienceDutiesUnderstand control wiring and troubleshoot related electrical problemsMake general mechanical repairs such as replacement of bearings, sprockets, chainsTroubleshoot, evaluate, and repair bread production equipment in field environmentComplete written reportsServicing customers in Greater Chicago AreaRequirements· Minimum High School Diploma (or GED)· General knowledge of HVAC· Commercial or residential cooking equipment repair experience· A good driving record· Maintenance experience helpful· We will train individuals with a strong electrical and mechanical backgroundSalary will be discussed at time of interview
