HVAC Tech - Experience Required

We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician with hands-on experience in residential and/or light commercial systems. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position offering consistent hours and the opportunity for long-term placement based on performance and attendance. $19/hour | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM  Job Responsibilities: Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems Perform routine preventative maintenance Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues Replace parts such as motors, compressors, thermostats, and other components Ensure systems are operating efficiently and safely Maintain accurate service records and documentation Follow all safety procedures and company standards Requirements: Verifiable HVAC experience (minimum 1–2 years preferred) Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain if required) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions What We Offer: Steady, full-time schedule (no rotating shifts) Opportunity to transition into a permanent role Weekly pay Supportive team environment If you are an experienced HVAC technician looking for consistent hours and long-term career potential in Columbus, GA, we encourage you to apply today.
