The Center at CenterPlace is Greeley's premier, dedicated short-term rehabilitation facility featuring 54 private suites, state of the art rehabilitation equipment, and care delivered in a hotel-like setting. Our center is seeking team-oriented, LPNs who are dedicated to patient outcomes and customer service.
