Provide educational resources to patients and their families to maintain progress outside the clinic environment. Assist with inpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions, ensuring that every aspect of the treatment journey is seamless. Maintain timely and precise documentation in compliance with state, federal, and institutional standards. Engage in continuous education and collaborate with peers to stay abreast of evolving practices in your field. Education Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified. Certifications State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first 30 days of employment.
