Job Description: Pay Range: $80hr - $85hr Skill Requirements: gile Expertise: Proven experience in Leading Agile development projects, with deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks. Project Management: Strong skills with a track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget. Familiarity with Agile project management tools (such as JIRA, Confluence, and other relevant software). Background in software development or other technical areas. Well versed in multiple styles of Release & Change Management processes including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall and Iterative. Strong analytical skills with continuous process improvement mind set. Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written and presentation. Knack for fostering positive relationships and ability to communicate at all organization levels. Strong facilitation skills for requirements gathering, scoping, planning, and review sessions across multiple teams Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the AI-powered chatbot project, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. gile Leadership: Implement and advocate for Agile best practices, guiding the team through Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Product Management: Act as a product owner when necessary, defining product vision, roadmap, and prioritizing features based on business value and customer needs. Team Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including software developers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Quality Assurance: Oversee testing phases, including unit, integration, and acceptance testing, to ensure high-quality deliverables. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing process enhancements. Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles and frameworks.
