Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree in preparation for ASCP/AMT certification. Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment. Maintain ongoing certification throughout your career.
