Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Chicago, IL. This role focuses on designing and developing enterprisegrade applications, with deep expertise in .NET Core/.NET 6, ReactJS, and PL/SQL required to be considered for the position . Rate Range: $41/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Developer job responsibilities include: Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprisegrade applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 6, and modern architectural patterns. Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend components while ensuring high performance, scalability, and security. Develop frontend components using ASP.NET, MVC, and ReactJS to deliver responsive, userfriendly interfaces. Write and optimize PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and database logic for highperforming data operations. Work with Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) to support modern DevOps practices. Mentor junior and midlevel developers, contribute to architectural discussions, and collaborate within Agile teams to deliver highquality solutions. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field. 10+ years of professional experience in .NET development with strong fullstack capabilities. Deep handson experience with .NET Core/.NET 6, C#, ReactJS, REST APIs, microservices, and Oracle PL/SQL development. Proven expertise working with Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and mentoring development teams in Agile environments.
