Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to serve as the backbone of our office operations and the professional face of our company. In this role, you will masterfully manage complex calendars, anticipate scheduling conflicts, and coordinate seamless travel logistics for our team. Your day-to-day will involve everything from greeting visitors with exceptional courtesy to maintaining a pristine, client-ready environment through routine floor checks. You must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, as you'll be responsible for preparing high-stakes professional documents and correspondence. Beyond basic desk work, you will take ownership of the office ecosystem by managing vendor relationships, procurement processes, and building management requests. If you are a multitasking expert who thrives on organization and keeping a workspace running like a well-oiled machine, we would love to meet you. salary: $20 - $27 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Skills Administrative Duties Responsibilities Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating conference calls, and anticipating scheduling conflicts Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, often in conjunction with external travel agencies Prepare and edit professional documents, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace Serve as the professional front-desk presence, greeting and directing visitors and handling incoming calls with exceptional courtesy Manage mail, shipments, and deliveries, ensuring proper distribution and tracking Maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies, conducting regular checks and managing the procurement process with vendors to ensure continuous stock Conduct routine floor checks to ensure common areas, conference rooms, and the kitchen are tidy, stocked, and client-ready at all times Liaise with building management and external vendors to handle service requests and manage relationships Skills Administrative Duties (1 year of experience is required) Office Support (2 years of experience is required) Qualifications Years of experience: 0 years Experience level: Entry Level Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
