• SUPPORT & ENHANCEMENTS • ENVIRONMENT Essbase 21c three clusters: 1) Company Planning, 2) General Ledger, 3) Miscellaneous forecasting & budgeting (this is Essbase not EPM) 45 applications production (very large) ASO & BSO integrated with Partitioning ADDITIONAL SERVICE NOTES: o Essbase applications run on OCI Marketplace based servers within the GAP network. While Oracle provides the cloud platform, all operational management is fully handled by GAP's internal Infra team, ensuring control over performance, compliance, and lifecycle activities o HCL manages infra (Essbase 21c upgrades, patching, certificate renewals, password changing, etc.) meaning provide details to respective teams as needed , development/enhancements, batch and power shell scripting for automations, VB Scripting and excel SmartView Macros and REST APIs, etc. INTEGRATIONS data source Gap GDP (data warehouse), and more integrations: Cognos Command Center mainly Essbase load rules MaxL/REST api END USER DATA IN/OUT: SmartView, client custom add-in Templates, Excel VB Macros Dodeca reporting North America & Asia user community NOTE: this is not standard EPM, this is highly custom environment PREFERRED: vb scripting awk scripting UPCOMING PROJECTS: Freeform Account Restructuring
