Solution Architect

Location: Las Vegas, NV (Onsite - 5 Days a Week) Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in microservices architecture, Java, and AWS. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing scalable, high-performance solutions and leading technical teams to drive architectural best practices. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, and a deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud-based infrastructures. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define and develop scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. Design end-to-end architectures for systems, applications, and integrations, ensuring alignment with best practices. Implement microservices architecture, event-driven solutions (Kafka, Spring Boot), and REST API modeling. Develop UML models, sequence diagrams, and architecture designs using tools like Visio, draw.io, Lucidchart. Define database models and optimize RDBMS and NoSQL database architectures. Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth implementation and deployment of designed solutions. Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture principles, security standards, and compliance requirements. Provide technical leadership and guide teams on CI/CD pipelines, static code analysis, and DevOps best practices. Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance system efficiency and performance. Required Qualifications: 12-15 years of IT experience, with proven expertise as a Solution Architect or in a similar role. Strong understanding of Microservices architectures, principles, and patterns. Hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot development. Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architecture using Kafka. Proficiency in REST API development and modeling. Solid understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL database design. Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and its services. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Artifactory, and static code analysis tools. Preferred Qualifications: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and align diverse priorities.
