As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist - Per Diem, you will be at the forefront of disease detection, diagnosis, and treatment, playing a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of healthcare. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to assay development, improve test workflows, and educate CGMBS trainees. You'll also collaborate closely with genetic counselors, variant scientists, and bioinformaticians involved in in-house molecular testing. Salary Range: $75.23 - $75.23/hour (flat rate) May convert to career. Job Qualifications Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility • Current, California Clinical Genetic Molecular Biologist Scientist license or Clinical Laboratory Scientist license. • Bachelor's degree. • Must pass the Ishihara Color Vision exam, i.e. visual acuity including color differentiation. As a condition of employment, the final candidate who accepts an offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct; or have filed an appeal of a finding of substantiated misconduct with a previous employer.
