Job Description Job Title: Sitetracker Operations & Project Controls Analyst Location: Rosemead, CA (Hybrid - approximately 2 days onsite per week) Duration : 12 Months Rate : $55 to $58/hr on w2 Role Overview The Sitetracker Operations & Project Controls Analyst is a hands-on operational role responsible for managing project workflows, work orders, and financial tracking directly within Sitetracker. This position supports construction and utility infrastructure projects, including data center-related initiatives, by ensuring system accuracy, maintaining work order lifecycle processes, coordinating materials and budget tracking, and driving milestone reporting from project initiation through closeout. The role partners closely with Engineering, Construction, Project Controls, and Finance teams to manage daily execution within Sitetracker and ensure projects progress in alignment with established processes and financial controls. Key Responsibilities Sitetracker Operations & System Management Serve as a dedicated Sitetracker power user supporting active construction and infrastructure projects. Manage project records, Open Artifacts (P#s), and Work Orders within Sitetracker. Maintain milestone tracking, operational dates, and Basic Finish Dates (BFDs). Ensure data accuracy, documentation completeness, and process compliance across all projects. Monitor day-to-day project flow within Sitetracker and proactively resolve data or process gaps. Work Order Lifecycle & Financial Controls Manage the full Work Order lifecycle from creation through financial closeout. Support budget planning, commitment tracking, and cost validation within Sitetracker. Partner with Project Controls to support forecasting updates and financial reporting. Assist with annual planning inputs and capital tracking activities. Quote Validation & Material Coordination Perform secondary validation of vendor quotes following technical approval. Support material ordering, tracking, and transfers aligned with approved budgets and scopes. Ensure material and cost documentation is accurately reflected in Sitetracker. Operational Coordination & Reporting Participate in recurring coordination meetings with Engineering, Construction, and vendor teams. Respond to stakeholder inquiries related to project status, Work Orders, and financial tracking. Maintain operational dashboards and reporting derived from Sitetracker data. Support maintenance and infrastructure project reporting requirements. Project Closeout Ensure all required documentation is completed for Work Order closure. Validate milestone completion and financial alignment prior to closeout. Track completed device counts and operational performance metrics. Resolve outstanding financial or material discrepancies before final project closure. Required Qualifications Strong hands-on experience administering or power-using Sitetracker. Demonstrated experience managing project workflows within Sitetracker in a construction, utilities, telecom, or infrastructure environment. Solid understanding of Work Order lifecycle management and capital project processes. Experience supporting project financial tracking, budgeting, and reporting.
