Mac & JAMF Administrator

Role: Mac & JAMF Administrator Location: Dearborn, MI FTE Only We are looking for a Mac & JAMF Administrator to manage, secure, and support Apple macOS devices across the enterprise. The role focuses on JAMF Pro administration, device lifecycle management, security compliance, and end-user support. Key Responsibilities: Administer and support JAMF Pro for macOS device enrollment, configuration, and policy management Manage Apple device lifecycle (provisioning, patching, upgrades, decommissioning) Deploy and maintain applications, profiles, scripts, and security policies Integrate JAMF with AAD/Okta/SSO, certificates, and MDM compliance tools Troubleshoot macOS, JAMF, and endpoint issues; provide Tier 2/3 support Ensure compliance with security standards (FileVault, OS patching, CIS benchmarks) Collaborate with IT, Security, and Helpdesk teams Required Skills: Strong experience with macOS administration Hands-on JAMF Pro (policies, smart groups, scripting) Knowledge of MDM, Apple Business Manager (ABM) macOS troubleshooting and shell scripting (Bash/Zsh preferred) Nice to Have: JAMF 200/300/400 certification Experience with Intune, Okta, Azure AD, or Zero Trust environments
