Join our team as a Lead HVAC Technician, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe operation and maintenance of various HVAC equipment, such as heat pumps, refrigeration, PRV valves, cooling towers, pumps, motors, hot water systems, and building automation systems. Your expertise will contribute to creating a comfortable and safe environment for our residents. Respond to emergency calls for system failures and equipment issues. Inspect and evaluate system efficiency and safety to ensure optimal operation. Read blueprints and isometrics, preparing sketches as needed to document work. Execute scheduled preventive maintenance procedures following manufacturer's recommendations. Troubleshoot and repair designated refrigeration equipment and ice machines. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service; education may be considered in lieu of experience.
