Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day team operations and pipeline flow • Oversee sales performance and production accountability • Respond to and triage executive-level communication • Execute strategic projects from idea to completion • Follow up on agent and builder relationships with the authority • Act as a decision-maker in my absence • Protect culture while increasing performance capacity Qualifications: • 5+ years of Mortgage experience • Ability to run LP and DU • Positive, team player mindset • Solution-oriented and able to take action when needed • Encompass experience preferred but not required • Solid knowledge and understanding of FHA/VA/USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC policies and guidelines • Solid knowledge and understanding of mortgage loan processing, compliance, investor products, and underwriting guidelines • Solid knowledge and understanding of processing and closing functions, and a general understanding of the entire real estate lending process • Extensive knowledge and understanding of Investor, FHA, and Fannie Mae guidelines • Has deep mortgage and real estate knowledge • Is already a strong closer and understands production environments • Is calm under pressure and thrives in fast-paced settings • Can see a standard once and operate at that level • Brings solutions, not problems • Exercises sound judgment without constant oversight • Has high emotional intelligence and zero ego Compensation: $120,000 yearly DOE• Manage day-to-day team operations and pipeline flow • Oversee sales performance and production accountability • Respond to and triage executive-level communication • Execute strategic projects from idea to completion • Follow up on agent and builder relationships with the authority • Act as a decision-maker in my absence • Protect culture while increasing performance capacity Compensation: $120,000 per year
