Summary Join us as a Talent Acquisition Intern, where you'll play an essential role in enhancing our recruitment efforts. From sourcing and attracting top talent to finalizing offers and onboarding new hires, you'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, screen resumes, and guarantee a positive candidate experience. This internship is tailored for proactive and detail-oriented individuals who have a sharp eye for talent and thrive in a dynamic environment. Our Dallas, TX office will be your primary workplace, requiring full-time, in-person attendance during this 10-week internship in the summer of 2026. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Gain a foundational understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing and candidate screening techniques. Demonstrate strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail while handling scheduling and data entry tasks. Exhibit excellent communication abilities and foster a collaborative team environment. Show eagerness to learn about recruitment strategies and adhere to employment law compliance. Pursue experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or LinkedIn Recruiter, although not mandatory. Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant HR software. Commit to a full-time position for 10 weeks during the summer of 2026. Education & Experience Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
