Customer Service Representative

Title: Celebrations Customer Expert Shift: Standard business hours Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 plus potential for an additional $10,000 in commission Celebrations Customer Expert Role: Our client is seeking a key member for their Operations team to maintain and grow strong customer relationships while managing day-to-day account activities. This role serves as a lead for new store rollouts to maximize the yearly celebrations calendar, including major events like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day from their Avon, OH location. Celebrations Customer Expert Responsibilities: Provide customer-focused service to key accounts to drive sales for the celebration event calendar Manage inquiries for order status and pricing while processing customer orders in NetSuite Lead the rollout of new customer stores to maximize peak seasons such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Graduation Communicate with supplier and distribution networks to ensure order fulfillment and prompt delivery Conduct outbound calls to drive empty tank pickups and resolve account discrepancies or purchase order issues Celebrations Customer Expert Reporting Relationships: The candidate reports directly to the Customer Service Manager. This role has no direct reports. About You: Possess a minimum of one year of prior customer service experience and a professional phone presence Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, within a fast-paced environment Exhibit a self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Work cooperatively in a team environment to solve problems and meet goals with a sense of urgency Maintain a high-energy, positive attitude while focusing on mission-critical tasks and bottom-line outcomes Next Steps: If you are a high-energy team player, we would like to hear from you.
