About the Team We are looking for a committed HRIS Workday Team Supervisor to lead and enhance our Workday system. In this influential role, you will manage a team of analysts focused on optimizing current modules and implementing innovative functionalities. Your leadership will be crucial in mentoring your team while fostering user engagement in Workday. Key Responsibilities Direct daily operations of the HRIS team, emphasizing coaching, constructive feedback, and team development. Oversee the entire change management process, from gathering requirements to the design, build, testing, and deployment of new features in Workday. Manage production support cases, ensuring timely resolution and outstanding customer service while identifying root causes of recurring issues. Collaborate effectively with HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Finance, IT, and other departments to address enhancements, defects, and new functionalities. Provide regular updates on project statuses and work items in progress to stakeholders. Stay updated on technical and industry trends by engaging with the Workday Community and participating in relevant forums and training opportunities. Advise on the effective use of existing solution functionalities, including reporting and configuration to maximize efficiency. Facilitate Workday's bi-annual releases by coordinating testing with subject matter experts and stakeholders and communicating the impacts of new features. Qualifications Demonstrated leadership experience in managing diverse and dynamic teams, with at least five years of progressive HR technical experience and a minimum of three years focused on Workday. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, HRIS, Business Administration, IT/IS, MIS, or a related field is preferred. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role. Proven ability to set delivery commitments and meet expectations while effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively within diverse teams. Quick learner with a strong ability to adapt to new technologies and processes seamlessly. Comfortable collaborating with global teams across different time zones. A strong customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding expectations. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
