Minimum Degree Required Bachelor's Degree Required Field(s) of Study Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management Minimum Year(s) of Experience 8 year(s) Degree Preferred Master of Business Administration Preferred Fields of Study Engineering, Operations Management/Research Certification(s) Preferred APICS CSCP, APICS CPIM, or certifications in advanced analytics or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) Preferred Knowledge/Skills Transforming supply chain and operational functions through innovation, planning, distribution, and lifecycle management. Leading Lean Operations, Six Sigma, and digital enablement of supply chain processes. Managing diverse teams, including consultants, data scientists, engineers, and functional specialists. Additionally, you should showcase in-depth abilities and a proven record of success in: End-to-end supply chain transformation and process improvement. Developing AI/analytics-driven supply chain technology products, from concept to deployment. Integrating structured and unstructured supply chain datasets for actionable insights. Utilizing proficiency in Python, SQL, and leading analytics tools such as PowerBI. Contributing to thought leadership and market offerings in supply chain analytics and AI solutions. Leveraging industry contacts for business development opportunities. Driving digital transformation and effective change management across operations. The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $280,000, based on qualifications and location.
