About the Role As an RBT, you'll deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a structured, supportive center environment. Working closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll help children develop skills in communication, social interaction, play, and daily living. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA Collect and document session data accurately Support skill development using age-appropriate strategies Collaborate with the clinical team to monitor progress and adjust interventions Foster a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment Who We're Looking For We're looking for individuals who are compassionate, motivated, and excited to grow within the field of behavioral health.
