Job Description Position Summary Join our team as a Senior Principal Product Manager for Industrial & Equipment, where you will take charge of defining the product strategy, market direction, and business impact for NetSuite ERP. This position allows you to shape the industry product vision and drive strategic outcomes while collaborating with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Executive stakeholders. We are looking for a professional with extensive industry expertise who can effectively translate complex Industrial & Equipment business models into scalable and AI-driven ERP solutions. Your focus will be on the strategic vision—what we should build and why—rather than day-to-day execution. Your success will be gauged through industry adoption, revenue influence, competitive differentiation, and overall strategic clarity. Core Responsibilities Industry Product Strategy & Vision Define and guide the industry product strategy and roadmap for Industrial & Equipment within NetSuite ERP. Spot market gaps, competitive threats, and challenges within the industry; convert these insights into strategic priorities. Establish our viewpoint on how AI-enabled ERP can transform asset-intensive and service-driven business models. Market & Industry Leadership Serve as the go-to subject-matter expert for Industrial & Equipment ERP use cases. Interact with customers, partners, and industry leaders to validate our strategies and inform roadmap decisions. Influence analyst positioning, industry messaging, and executive narratives. AI-First ERP Product Direction Define AI-driven use cases across asset lifecycle, service operations, financial controls, and operational intelligence. Collaborate with platform and AI teams to align strategy with investment decisions. Growth & Business Impact Drive results including ARR growth, pipeline influence, and adoption. Inform packaging and go-to-market strategies with industry-specific value propositions. Provide strategic insights into pricing, bundling, and monetization. Cross-Functional Influence Lead through influence rather than authority, collaborating with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Provide clear direction that allows for efficient execution without direct oversight. Operate independently with limited guidance in line with the expectations for this role. Required Qualifications Undergraduate degree in a relevant field. 10+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or industry solution leadership. In-depth expertise in Industrial & Equipment business models (asset-heavy operations, services, complex costing, compliance). Strong ERP background; NetSuite experience is a significant advantage. Proven ability to define and scale industry-specific enterprise software solutions. Demonstrated success as an individual contributor working at a director-level altitude. Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and stakeholder influence. Comfortable working in dynamic, AI-first environments. Desired Qualifications Experience with AI-powered enterprise platforms. Exposure to analyst relations or industry representation. MBA or equivalent business education. Salary information for positions in the US ranges from $82,500 to $199,500 per annum, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.
