Unit Notes OSF ITEMS OF NOTE: - Local Rate: Applies to clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles (-to regular and OT bill rates) - OSF Call Off Policy: Equivalent of 12 hours every 13 weeks with no penalty or need to pay for the shift - Non-billable Orientation Hours: 12 hours, guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSION: - Last four (4) digits of clinician's SSN - Clinician's middle initial - Requested time off - Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated - Your candidate understands OSF is a Drug-Free Campus and they must produce a negative drug screen for all panels Department: Pediatric Rehabilitation | Occupational Therapist - # of patients treated per day: 6 to 9 - General Certification Requirements: BLS - Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Sensory processing disorder, autism, fine motor delay, developmental delay. - Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient?: Just Outpatient. - What areas are they required to cover?: Outpatient pediatrics. - Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: Pediatric experience required. - EMR: Epic. - Do you staff Rehab Aides: COTAs?: No. - Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): 8s with start time at 8am. Our patient access team takes care of schedules per the therapist's plan of care. - Weekend Requirements: None. - Holiday Requirements: No. - Scrub Color/Dress Code: Business Casual, scrubs are allowed (colors: black, gray, khaki). - Department specific orientation: Orientation occurs over 1-2 weeks with preceptor available.
