Senior Electrical Engineer - Food & Beverage - Northwest Arkansas (Open to Relocators) Metric Geo is partnering with a growing engineering and project management firm to recruit a Senior Electrical Engineer for their team in Northwest Arkansas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys working on technically complex, multi-discipline projects and is comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy. Key Responsibilities Design and oversee electrical systems for industrial and food manufacturing facilities Develop electrical calculations and documentation for Issue for Construction (IFC) packages Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes and regulatory standards Support energy-efficient system design and optimization initiatives Verify electrical equipment meets safety, performance, and operational requirements Produce accurate schematics, specifications, and scope documentation Collaborate closely with mechanical, process, and project management teams Support budget development and cost tracking for electrical scopes Monitor project expenses to ensure alignment with budget expectations Required Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) preferred 6+ years of industrial electrical design experience 4+ years of hands-on field experience Strong background in electrical system design, installation, and maintenance Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and Revit (3D) for electrical design Clear communicator with strong technical documentation skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer match Generous PTO policy Hybrid work flexibility Relocation support available within the U.S.
