Job Description: The Performance Improvement department within our Strategy & Transaction Advisory practice focuses on helping clients enhance their profitability by addressing operational challenges. We are searching for a Senior Consultant with expertise in manufacturing operations who can analyze current production metrics, identify inefficiencies, and provide actionable strategies to streamline processes. Overview: This role involves a comprehensive approach to uncovering business improvement opportunities, crafting solutions, and managing initiatives. Key responsibilities include conducting operational assessments, developing KPIs, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and engaging with client teams for effective implementation. Essential skills and responsibilities include: Conducting thorough assessments through operational observations and analytical evaluations to understand client environments. Creating and implementing KPIs and operating systems that enhance operational performance. Leading and managing initiatives focused on continuous process improvement. Training, coaching, and mentoring client staff to foster development. Executing assigned scopes of work to ensure timely and budget-compliant deliverables. Utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and Performance Improvement tools to boost productivity. #LI-Hybrid Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is required. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in manufacturing operations and/or operations consulting. Proven ability to cultivate a team-oriented environment. Strong leadership and communication skills to interact effectively with both internal management and external clients. Creative and analytical problem-solving skills. Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication abilities. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and possess strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills. Willingness to travel 80 - 100% of the time is a must. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree such as an MBA or Master's in a relevant field is preferred. Extensive experience in operations consulting focused on large-scale performance improvements. Technical proficiency in advanced analytical tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus. Crowe is currently not sponsoring work authorization. The salary range for this role takes into account various factors, including skills, experience, and organizational needs.
