What we offer you: Annual Pay: Earn between $90,000 and $95,000, with top drivers exceeding $100,000. Compensation Structure: Based on hours, miles, cases, and stops. Your role as a CDL-A Truck Driver: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tractor-trailer and complete DOT reports. Verify accuracy of bills of lading and store keys for off-hour deliveries. Safely drive to destinations, using your commercial driving knowledge and skills. Maintain driver logs according to DOT regulations, including delivery details and product conditions. Unload trailer and deliver products at customer locations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications we're looking for: Must be at least 21 years old. Possess a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A). A minimum of 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience. Meet McLane's MVR and risk qualification standards. Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level necessary for job duties.
