Senior Product Manager, 10-4

Role Overview and Strategic Impact As a Senior Product Manager, you will establish yourself as a crucial strategic leader in the Digital organization. You will lead the development of a seamless, superior experience that encompasses everything, from instant fuel savings to intricate credit products. This role demands a strong business acumen and the ability to influence senior leadership to redefine our OTR digital strategy. Key Responsibilities Own the Vision: Develop a multi-year strategy for a key product area within the 10-4 portfolio, ensuring alignment with WEX's long-term growth objectives. Business Model Innovation: Go beyond mere features to create robust business models. You will determine how 10-4 gains a competitive edge in the market, manages P&L results, and fosters sustainable advantages. Trusted Advisor: Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, recognizing emerging trends in mobility and fintech to proactively adjust our roadmap. Own the Tech: Deeply understand application growth metrics and core architectural choices, influencing products, APIs, and SDKs. Execution, Data & 0-1 Building Scale the MVP: Lead the evolution of 0-1 initiatives (e.g., new credit offerings or loyalty systems) into scalable, high-impact features that drivers use daily. Insights-Driven Prioritization: Combine customer empathy with rigorous data analysis to design experiments and swiftly eliminate underperforming initiatives. Lead Scrum Excellence: Manage 1-2 high-performing scrum teams, collaborating with senior engineers to navigate complex technical challenges in payments and mobile UX. Cross-Functional Influence & Partnership Build Bridges: Navigate a matrixed organization to align Risk, Legal, Finance, and GTM teams around a shared consumer-first mission. Disruptive Research: Partner with UX and Analytics for in-depth research that challenges norms and inspires innovative solutions for the trucking industry. Articulate Value: Effectively communicate to C-suite and senior stakeholders, translating technical achievements into business value and customer impact. Qualifications Strategic Leadership: Significant experience in a Senior or Lead PM role, preferably within a high-growth consumer fintech, mobile-first marketplace, or logistics tech. 0-to-1 & Scaling Success: Proven track record of taking a product from concept to launch and successfully scaling it to a large user base. Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of unit economics, P&L management, and consumer financial product mechanics (credit, payments, or rewards). Technical Proficiency: Ability to work alongside senior engineering talent on mobile architecture, API strategy, and data pipelines.
