In this pivotal role, you will manage the logistics rollout across Europe, focusing on selecting and negotiating with 3PL providers to guarantee excellent service, cost-effectiveness, and dependability. Your hands-on approach will be essential in designing efficient inventory flows and fulfillment processes that meet both consumer demand and wholesale partnerships. You will also be responsible for establishing operational service level agreements (SLAs) and compliance frameworks essential for cosmetics distribution. We seek a strategic and practical operator who has a proven track record in the beauty, cosmetics, consumer goods, or similar D2C/B2B sectors. Expertise in international logistics, supply chain management, and distribution, particularly in the EU market, is crucial. The ideal candidate will have experience scaling consumer brands internationally and managing outsourced 3PL partners.
