The Vice President of Onsite Operations ensures market growth, strategy, financial performance and consistent execution of service delivery across multiple markets and regions to ensure consistent and superb patient and employer experience. Accountable for operational management of all sites (centers and on sites) within area of responsibility. Responsibilities PATIENT CARE/CLINICAL OUTCOMES Ensures support of the execution of the clinical model across service lines. Ensures clinician ability to focus on patient care and outcomes. Accountable for supporting and driving the following (with clinician leader approval): clinician recruiting, clinician W2W (90-day schedule), all credentialing, FTE spreadsheet, salary analysis, and contract labor. Assesses trends and monitors KPIs within region while providing guidance on action plans to ensure optimal patient experience. Monitors key metrics and holds leaders accountable: % MS Referred, PI, Visits per Case, % Therapy SDE, % Seen, TAT, NPER, NPS, LOS and other metrics as determined by senior leadership. PATIENT/EMPLOYER/PAYER EXPERIENCE Drives patient/client experience (NPS and NPER) to company goals as determined by senior leaders. Acts as representative of Concentra to employers and payers within the region. Mentors and coaches Director, Operations regarding business metrics, patient/client satisfaction and center management. Drives the vision and a focus on behaviors that are aligned with strategy. Acts as the liaison between our support partners and the field. BUILDS TEAMS Develops Director, Operations through all aspects of the talent life cycle for operations within the region including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, orientation, mentor/development, engagement, performance management and succession planning. Leads and promotes collaboration across multiple disciplines and teams to achieve clinical and business outcomes. BUSINESS ACUMEN Analyzes regional business and develops a short term and long-term plan for revenue growth and capital investments to ensure ROI is achieved. Provides guidance on personnel cost and staffing optimization across service lines. Engages other disciplines to optimize market/region/performance and growth. Develops and executes action plans to address any gaps in financial performance and growth across service lines to achieve annual business plan. Plans and executes strategies as well as new processes within the region to grow existing and new business lines. Monitors and manages appropriate key business and clinical metrics: GRV, EBITDA, efficiencies, PI, cost per encounter, coding and documentation and other metrics as determined by senior leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent education and experience In lieu of higher education, the ratio is 1:1 meaning one year of college equals one year of work experience and vice-versa.
