Inspecting, testing, and documenting incoming electrical parts for defects such as soldering flaws, crimping issues, and bonding irregularities. Writing detailed inspection reports and non-conformance documentation to maintain quality standards. Enforcing strict quality control procedures throughout the production process. Documenting testing results of electrical components at various production stages to verify dimensional, electrical, and mechanical specifications. Calibrating and maintaining precise measuring tools like multimeters and ohm meters to ensure ongoing accuracy. Properly packaging electrical parts to ensure safe shipment and delivery. Traveling as necessary to support supplier audits or inspections, maintaining our high quality benchmarks. What You'll Bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have: Education: A High School Diploma is required; a two-year college degree, technical training, or relevant certification is preferred. Experience: At least 3-5 years in quality control, with aerospace experience strongly desired. Skills: Proven proficiency with electrical testing equipment such as multimeters and ohm meters, and a keen eye for detail and quality compliance.
