Key responsibilities include: Designing executable frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Analyzing complex facility data to identify trends and predictive maintenance strategies. Developing standardized vendor management processes and implementing performance metrics. Collaborating with regional managers and design & construction teams to improve building maintainability.
