Your Role: Support Producers and account teams by gathering essential client and prospect information. Analyze and summarize loss runs, preparing history analyses, stratifications, and loss forecasters as needed. Investigate claims issues in relation to loss data. Review experience mod worksheet calculations and relevant analytical information. Rate various online programs for multiple insurance carriers. Assist in developing and submitting application materials to carriers. Follow up with insurance carriers to confirm submission receipts and address additional information requests. Review and compare quotes for coverages, terms, and conditions. Prepare proposals, finance agreements, presentations, and certificates of coverage as required. Master the use of insurance company rating programs. Create documentation and spreadsheets to assist in marketing accounts. Document client information and transactions according to standard procedures. Understand NFIP guidelines for policy issuance requests. Process binder request forms and supporting documents as directed. Engage with carrier representatives as needed. Stay informed about insurance carrier products and programs. Build and sustain positive relationships with clients and carriers via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Support Producers in sales, including responding to Requests for Proposals and attending prospect meetings. Utilize client management systems and other relevant technologies effectively. Participate in seminars, classes, and meetings to remain updated on new products and legislative changes. Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by Producers, account teams, or management. Your Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Relevant experience, training, or education in the insurance industry. Appropriate insurance licenses. Basic insurance knowledge with a strong eagerness to learn and achieve relevant designations such as AAI, INS, CIC, CRM, CPCU, or similar. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship-building. Strong persuasion skills to effectively gather information and interact with stakeholders. Analytical skills to evaluate client information and proposal competitiveness. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel overnight as needed. Preferred Qualifications: College degree or equivalent experience. Insurance industry certifications beyond required licenses.
