Description Chick-fil-A Augusta Exchange is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated Third-Shift Team Member to support our overnight operations by working a full-time schedule. This team member will play a crucial role in maintaining high cleanliness standards (potentially) leading individuals in assigned tasks and performing essential maintenance and cleaning tasks themselves. The ideal candidate thrives when working independently, demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, and operates with a sense of urgency to ensure the restaurant is ready for the next day. Key Responsibilities: Maintain strict cleanliness standards in the back-of-house, including deep cleaning of equipment, floors, walls, and surfaces. Manage time and organize tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operations. Ensure the nightly truck delivery is put away correctly in a timely fashion maintaining organization. Perform detailed, nightly cleaning procedures including filter clean-outs and sanitation of fryer equipment. Safely handle and dispose of waste and used oil in accordance with company and local regulations. Scrub and maintain kitchen floors using approved cleaning tools and solutions. Troubleshoot and report any equipment or operational issues that arise during the shift. Follow detailed checklists to ensure all assigned tasks are completed thoroughly and on time. Collaborate with leadership to address any concerns and ensure high operational readiness for the morning shift. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed. Uphold Chick-fil-A's high standards of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed (eg. filet chicken, warp brownies, bake/wrap cookies) Requirements • Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date. • Must be eligible to work in the United States. • Must have a source of reliable transportation. • Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, and navigate shelving both high and low. • Reading, writing, and basic math skills required. • Verbal communication skills are necessary. • Mobility required during shifts. • Must be able to lift and maintain 50 pounds.
