Join our dynamic Marketing Audiences team as a Senior Marketing Data Analyst, where you will collaborate with an innovative group of data analysts, marketing operations specialists, and cross-functional teams of marketers, data engineers, and data scientists. Your contributions will directly impact the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns to generate leads and provide advertisers with actionable insights. Your work will not only aid in the growth of our company but will also enhance the advertising experiences we deliver to our clients, empowering them to expand their businesses. Key Responsibilities: Develop expertise in data control measures to ensure privacy, security, compliance, data quality, and operational excellence in your areas of focus. Collaborate effectively with marketers, engineers, and data scientists to understand data requirements and translate key insights into impactful narratives. Assess marketing audience needs and apply contextual knowledge to shape data requests, synthesize insights, and provide actionable recommendations to business partners. Propose meaningful metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives, focusing on tangible impact. Conduct data analysis and produce reports for our B2B ecosystem, addressing the needs of advertisers and partners. Create engaging reports and visualizations for marketing programs, utilizing campaign delivery data from various marketing channels. Identify trends and evolving requirements to uncover new opportunities for analytics and reporting capabilities that support program evaluation. Apply data analytics expertise to derive significant business insights and craft executive-level presentations that influence marketing strategies. Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to meet business needs. Proactively address stakeholder expectations and resolve issues in a timely manner. Utilize data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, and advanced spreadsheet techniques to generate reports and uncover trends. Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS in Engineering, Data Science, or a related field with at least 5 years of practical experience in Analytics, Marketing, Operations, Business, Economics, Statistics, or similar domains; or an MBA/MA/MS with 4+ years of relevant experience. 5+ years of experience in data analysis, both quantitative and qualitative research, including data gathering and hypothesis validation. 3+ years of proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and advanced querying techniques. 3+ years of experience in program management, managing multiple tasks and streams of work. 3+ years of expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and advanced spreadsheet functionalities. 3+ years of experience in storytelling with data, effectively communicating technical results to diverse audiences. Experience engaging with executive stakeholders and managing strategic relationships. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the Business-to-Business landscape and/or online marketing and advertising. A proven record of navigating ambiguity and adapting swiftly to new challenges. Demonstrated experience in architecting, documenting, and implementing complex systems with a clear focus on addressing long-term challenges.
