The pay range for this position is $56,400.00 - $101,500.00. Compensation is influenced by various factors, including labor market trends, education, work experience, and certifications. This role will be focused on overseeing the PSQA Third Party partnership. Key Responsibilities: Planning & Scheduling Gain a deep understanding of the PSQA program, including the Factory Risk Model (FRM) and related scheduling rules, to align audit activities with established processes. Conduct weekly schedule analyses to optimize the audit calendar for both cost-effectiveness and efficiency while prioritizing Risk & Compliance. Drive improvements in PSQA scheduling processes and engage with relevant tech teams. Make independent, risk-based decisions in collaboration with third parties, focusing on cost, capability, and risk assessments. Coordinate scheduling of PSQA activities with Target TM's and third-party vendors. Schedule, track, and manage validation audits for Target TM's or third parties. Communication and Training Coach and train vendors and factories on PSQA scheduling requirements. Effectively communicate scheduled activities to internal and external partners. Manage changes to scheduling with vendors, factories, and team members. Work directly with the PSQA HQ Engineer to address escalated issues and facilitate resolutions. Provide guidance and training for third-party assessors based on submitted reports and analyzed data. Track exceptions and collaborate with the third-party manager to close these issues, ensuring proper documentation per SOP. Assist with any modifications needed for Target's Inspectorio Admin role. Reporting and Monitoring Track and report monthly on budgets associated with third-party field activities. Monitor the availability of regional teams and third-party auditors. Ensure compliance by tracking the status of annual factory assessments and escalating issues as necessary. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the development of third-party reporting tools, creating interim solutions as needed. Oversee reporting on scheduling compliance for Domestic SPE's and third parties. Share updates and analyses with global leaders as necessary. Manage Budget and Invoicing Oversee seal management for the global program. Execute invoice routing for third parties within the Target system. Perform reconciliation of third-party invoices, including monitoring regional travel costs. Consolidate information on third-party costs and track financial forecasts at both program and cost center levels. Driving Accountability Support third-party meetings by illustrating inspector and third-party performance against KPIs. Hold vendors and factories accountable for adhering to scheduling policies. Provide constructive feedback on processes, systems, and reporting to promote continuous improvement. Participate in project teams focused on enhancing PSQA field processes. Communicate any policy deviations to regional management and assist with follow-up actions. About You: Possess a university/college degree or equivalent qualification. Have 3-5 years of relevant industry experience. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft applications. Maintain strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external partners. Showcase strong critical thinking, data analysis, and project management capabilities. Have experience in statistical analysis. Ability to manage day-to-day operations autonomously with minimal supervision. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office software applications, including advanced skills in VBA and Pivot functions.
