Your Role The Vice President of Member Engagement & Transparency (ME&T) will spearhead the product strategy for our portfolio, focusing on growth, profitability, and market differentiation. Our ME&T solutions assist members in navigating their healthcare choices effectively. This role will lead a team of about 20 professionals, collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, Sales, Marketing, and executive leadership to ensure successful execution and commercialization of product initiatives. Key Responsibilities Define and uphold the product strategy and roadmap for ME&T solutions, aligned with business growth and AI initiatives. Gather and analyze market feedback to prioritize innovations and investments. Lead the ideation and launch of new products and enhancements, championing AI capabilities. Work with Sales and client stakeholders to pinpoint unmet needs and develop unique solutions. Contribute positively to P&L performance alongside cross-functional leaders. Execution & Delivery Manage the ME&T product roadmap in collaboration with Operations and Technology. Guide a team of product directors, managers, owners, and analysts. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery through effective backlog management and scrum teams. Manage portfolio capital allocation and priority setting. Enhance delivery speed and quality through strong product management practices. Launch & Commercialization Oversee internal readiness and launch planning for new features and products. Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Technology for effective cross-functional readiness. Engage with clients to validate solutions and support commercialization efforts. Provide strategic input for value propositions and marketing messaging. Evaluate feasibility for new initiatives from financial and operational perspectives. Team Leadership Build and lead a high-performing product organization. Establish collaboration standards and accountability. Foster a culture focused on innovation, customer satisfaction, and results. First 6-12 Months Goals Product Strategy & Roadmap: Implement a prioritized ME&T product strategy aligned to growth and AI goals. Business Impact: Launch new and improved products that enhance client adoption and drive financial performance. Execution Excellence: Achieve consistent quality and predictability in delivery through effective backlog management. AI-Driven Differentiation: Integrate impactful AI capabilities to enhance user experience and competitiveness. Team Development: Cultivate a results-driven product team with clear roles and responsibilities. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive product management experience, especially in healthcare or HealthTech. Proven success in developing consumer-facing digital products in complex, regulated environments. Experience with health plans or related technology solutions is preferred. Track record in delivering innovative products with measurable outcomes. Strong project management, financial acumen, and stakeholder alignment capabilities. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential. Education Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred. Location and Workplace Flexibility We have offices in Atlanta, Boston, Morristown, Plano, St. Louis, St. Petersburg, and Hyderabad, India. Compensation The base salary range for this position is $204,000.00 - $258,400.00, reflecting our commitment to fair and equitable compensation.
