Join Our Dynamic Nursing Team as a Registered Nurse!Job Description:- Become a vital part of our nursing team, where your skills and compassion help residents thrive.- Engage in timely communication with physicians and families about significant changes in resident conditions.- Complete all applicable resident assessments to ensure top-notch patient care.- Administer medications while following the 5 Rights for exceptional accuracy.- Provide wound care and conduct assessments as necessary for optimal recovery.- Collaborate with CNAs by assisting them with answering call lights and resident needs.- Monitor residents closely for changes in condition and react promptly.- Step into a leadership role on the floor, assessing and directing situations effectively.- Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator.- Maintain accurate resident records, ensuring thorough and precise charting.- Embrace new challenges by performing other duties as requested.Required Qualifications:- An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.- Two-year degree in nursing required; four-year degree in nursing preferred.- Must hold and maintain a Wisconsin Registered Nursing license.- Current CPR/BLS certification required.- 1+ years of related work experience preferred.- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.Shift Information:- Full Time PM Shift (2pm-10pm)- Every other weekendHoliday Coverage Required:Yes ---Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
