Description & Requirements Maximus is seeking talented Trainers to enhance our dynamic contact center environments. If you have a solid background in delivering engaging virtual training sessions using Microsoft Teams and excel in adapting to diverse operational needs, we would love to connect with you! In this important role, you will play a crucial part in equipping agents to provide outstanding customer support. Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. Temporary Role: This is a limited-service position offering the opportunity for remote work. Equipment will be supplied, but you must comply with the specified requirements. Remote Position Requirements: Hardwired internet (ethernet) connection is essential. Internet download speed of at least 25mbps and 5mbps (10mbps preferred) upload for optimal performance. A private workspace with a reliable power source. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Contribute to the design, development, and distribution of impactful training programs and materials. Plan, coordinate, and facilitate training sessions for varied audiences, ensuring high levels of participant engagement and effectiveness. Manage the logistics for training events, including scheduling, reserving virtual meeting spaces, and preparing essential materials. Evaluate the readiness of training resources such as materials, technology, and data collection methods for training outcomes. Track training activities, monitor participant progress, and assess program effectiveness. Provide support on the production floor and address any arising questions. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and aligns with operational objectives. Tailor training delivery to accommodate diverse learners, including bilingual participants. Monitor learner performance and deliver constructive feedback to the Training Supervisor. Act as a subject matter expert for specific customer agencies. Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least 3 years of leadership and/or training experience. Additional specialized training or education may be beneficial. Experience with Microsoft Teams for virtual training is preferred. Strong communication and facilitation skills essential for effectively engaging remote learners. Background in contact center training, particularly in customer service or technical support roles.
