Under the ownership of First Atlantic Healthcare, Seaside follows in First Atlantic's long standing reputation for excellence in Long Term Care. $20,000 sign on bonus (paid over 2 years) Skilled Nurse Manager The nurse manager will be responsible for creating and managing an environment of care focused on the patients, defining and elevating standards for patient care, training new staff; and providing leadership for everyone on the nursing team. Skills and Abilities Knowledge and use of Electronic Medical Records and/or solid computer skills Strong communication skills, both in writing and verbally Effective leadership skills and/or ability to invest in growing this skill Read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
