Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Radiology Technician Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 03/30/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 16 hours, rotating Employment Type: Travel Opportunity:Technologist - Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray Job Details:• Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other miscellaneous facilities• Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment• Submit and transmit X-Ray images to radiologists for interpretation• Unload portable X-Ray equipment and transport into facilities to perform physician-ordered exams• Obtain clinically diagnostic, technically competent X-Ray images• Perform EKGs as needed and transmit to cardiologists for interpretation• Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily per protocol• Regularly communicate with dispatch and management• Maintain vehicle and X-Ray equipment• On-call responsibilities discussed at interview• Weekend work based on case load and may constitute overtime if needed• Physical demands include pushing/pulling 50-100 lbs with equipment 16-24 times per day• Required certifications: ARRT• Active driver's license required• Virginia state license required Facility:This mobile healthcare services company serves over 7,500 care facilities nationwide, providing essential diagnostic imaging services directly to nursing homes and healthcare facilities.
