Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a K-12 school located in Fairborn, OH, with an immediate start date. This contract role spans the current school year and offers a diverse and rewarding caseload primarily focused on students with autism from kindergarten through high school. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students with autism across multiple grade levels. Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs). Conduct thorough assessments and monitor student progress regularly. Deliver interventions onsite, ensuring consistent support and communication with families and school personnel. Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with district and state regulations. Schedule and Location: Full-time position, 7.5 hours per day. Work schedule includes 3 days at Yoder Learning Center in West Liberty and 2 days at Triad. Typical daily start time is approximately 7:30 AM but may vary slightly. Qualifications and Experience: Valid SLP certification and credentials (SLP - CCC preferred). Proven experience working with school-age children, particularly those with autism. Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
