Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire! Responsibilities: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with supervisory experience to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, fabrication, and field service, with expertise in both high and low voltage systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your mechanical and electrical knowledge will shine. Analyze electrical and mechanical problems and perform required repairs. Conduct field service maintenance on high-voltage equipment. Perform fabrication work as needed for repairs or installations. Diagnose electrical issues using testing devices such as ohmmeters. Carry out routine maintenance on low-voltage systems and equipment. Ensure all maintenance work complies with OSHA and company safety standards. Provide leadership and supervision to maintenance personnel as required. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and support departments. Location: Charlestown, IN Schedule/Shift Details: 8am-430pm Monday-Friday Qualifications: Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician or Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or service environment. Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience within a technical or maintenance team. Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills for both electrical and mechanical systems. Hands-on experience with high and low voltage systems. Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Proficiency in English for clear and effective communication. Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) preferred (minimum 1 year). Minimum of 1 year of mechanical knowledge experience preferred.
