Scope of Position Our client is seeking a strategic, growth-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead new product innovation and drive significant business expansion over the coming years. This role is ideal for a fast-paced, analytical, and creative product leader who thrives at the intersection of market insight, design thinking, and commercial execution. You will own the new product development (NPD) roadmap, shape the platform vision, and guide cross-functional teams to bring innovative, competitively positioned products to market. As the voice of the consumer, you will translate insights into actionable product strategies that enhance user experience, strengthen our portfolio, and deliver profitable growth. Responsibilities Product Strategy & Innovation Develop and execute short- and long-term innovation roadmaps across the Luxor family of brands Identify new product opportunities through market research, competitive intelligence, consumer insights, and trend analysis Lead ideation, concept development, and business case creation (value proposition, financial modeling, GTM strategy, timelines) Scout M&A and licensing opportunities aligned with strategic goals Present recommendations and stage-gate decisions to senior leadership Market & Consumer Insights Represent the Voice of the Consumer (VOC) to inform product design and marketing communications Conduct quantitative and qualitative research including customer visits, trade shows, and user interviews Develop product segmentations, personas, and competitive benchmarking analyses Monitor industry trends, regulatory considerations, and technological advancements Portfolio & Lifecycle Management Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life decisions Analyze sales performance, forecast trends, and recommend responsive actions Identify cost optimization opportunities to improve value and margins Establish pricing strategies and product positioning Recommend portfolio rationalization and transition strategies Cross-Functional Leadership Lead internal and external design teams through development execution Partner closely with NPD, Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, Quality, Compliance, and suppliers Support Sales and Marketing with positioning, training materials, and go-to-market planning Track development schedules and ensure projects stay aligned with strategic objectives Qualifications8-10+ years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, or Market Research within B2B or B2C environments Strong experience in New Product Development, preferably in durable goods or technology products Proven ability to translate market data into actionable product strategy Solid financial modeling and business case development experience Expertise in competitive analysis, segmentation, and consumer research Exceptional presentation and communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives Experience working with ERP and CRM systems (preferred) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Business or Marketing degree preferred; MBA a plus Strategic thinker with strong business acumen Data-driven decision maker Creative problem-solver with a design-thinking mindset Collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional environments Proactive, goal-oriented self-starter
