Medication Care Partner (Certified Med Tech)

What You'll Do: • Administer medications and assist with treatments as outlined in care plans. • Monitor residents and report status changes to the care team. • Keep medication records and charts accurate and up to date. • Coordinate with pharmacies for medication orders/deliveries. • Support daily living activities and provide emotional care and companionship. • Engage residents in wellness and enrichment programs. What You Need: • Current CMA license in Virginia. • Valid CNA, GNA, PCA, or DCA certification (per VA requirements). • Current CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to get it). • 1+ year of caregiving experience preferred (medication-related). • Experience in Memory Care or Assisted Living is a plus.
