We'd love to hear from you-you might be just what we're looking for, whether in this role or another. • Let's give businesses more time for what matters. Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company Join BILL as a Lead Product Manager and own the core Bills Creation and Management workflows that sit at the center of our platform and our customers' financial operations. You will lead the shift from legacy, manual data entry to intelligent, agentic experiences that powerhow millions of bills are created, coded, and processed. Your work will turn our early Invoice Coding Agent into a robust, scalable automation engine while ensuring the underlying infrastructure remains stable and modern as we scale. In this role, you will define the multi-year vision for AI agents in Bills Management and turn that vision into shipped product. You will partner closely with engineering, design, data science, finance, and go-to-market teams to build zero-to-one agentic features, embed fraud and anomaly detection into AP workflows, and continuously refine mature in-market products. This is a high-visibility role for a product leader who can operate in ambiguity, balance customer experience with technical modernization, and deliver durable automation that our customers trust. Responsibilities: Drive the multi-year product vision and strategy for AI agents across Bills Creation and Management, balancing reimagined workflows with targeted refreshes. Own the end-to-end Bills Management product area, defining a modernization roadmap that keeps the platform stable, scalable, and ready for new agentic capabilities. Build and refine structured frameworks to prioritize opportunities across customer experience, technical debt reduction, automation, and risk, aligning stakeholders on clear tradeoffs. Define and evolve an intelligent, low-risk AP experience by embedding fraud detection and anomaly alerts directly into BillPay and related workflows. Partner with ML, design, data science, engineering, and go-to-market teams to design, launch, and iterate on scalable "agentic-native" features that automate manual customer work. Use data to define clear success metrics, validate hypotheses, and guide ongoing experimentation and improvement across your portfolio. We'd love to chat if you have: 5-8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or financial services, including ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder workflows. Proven experience taking zero-to-one products from concept to scale, ideally involving AI, machine learning, or agentic customer-facing features. Strong product strategy skills with a track record of using structured frameworks to prioritize roadmaps and drive alignment with senior leaders. Solid understanding of accounts payable, spend management, or liquidity workflows, including compliance and audit considerations. Technical fluency and cross-functional leadership skills to collaborate deeply with engineering, ML, and data science on intelligent automation. Desired Qualifications: Experience modernizing legacy workflows or platforms into scalable, AI-enabled systems. Background working on fraud detection, anomaly detection, or risk-related financial products. Demonstrated success operating in high-ambiguity environments and bringing clarity and durable strategy to new problem spaces. #LI The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role.
