Executive Director - Assisted Living, Memory Care RCFE Required Every once in a while, a role comes along that isn't about maintaining the status quo - it's about shaping what comes next. A well-established, nationally respected senior living organization is seeking an experienced Executive Director to oversee and revamp the Assisted Living and Memory Care services within one of its southern California communities. Backed by stable ownership, strong operational infrastructure, and a long-term growth strategy, this organization is known for doing things the right way -prioritizing quality, compliance, and resident-centered care while developing strong leaders from within. The ideal candidates will have proven leadership experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care, someone who can connect with families, inspire department leaders, and at the same time sit down with a P&L, increase census and drive performance. The right leader will understand how to balance business performance with a resident-centered approach, protecting quality while driving results.
