Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy Partner with the CHRO and executive team to align People & Culture strategies with organizational goals. Lead a team of People & Culture professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure operational excellence. Monitor workforce metrics and trends to recommend improvements in recruitment, retention, Talent Acquisition & Development Oversee recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified talent across all levels of the organization. Support the development of training and professional growth opportunities for staff and leadership. Partner with managers to build clear career paths and succession planning processes. and engagement. Employee Relations & Engagement Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing guidance on performance, conflict resolution, and workplace culture. Lead initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, recognition, and overall workplace satisfaction. Ensure fair and consistent application of policies, procedures, and practices. Compliance & Policy Management Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain and update employee handbooks, policies, and procedures in alignment with best practices in conjunction with CHRO. Support audits, accreditation, and licensing requirements. Other Duties Supports organization-wide events, volunteer initiatives, and special projects as needed. Performs other job-related responsibilities as assigned by the CEO. Experience, Certifications & Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required and/or equivalency; Masters degree, preferred 6-8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a Senior, Manager-level role. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and best practices. Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or IDD/disability services preferred. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred Valid Georgia driver's license. Current personal automobile liability insurance. Work Environment & Physical Demands Office environment with regular travel to other InCommunity locations Physical requirements include standing, walking, reaching, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs). Travel Required This position requires frequent travel within the Metro Atlanta area to other InCommunity locations to build and maintain relationships and build partnerships as the People & Culture representative.
