Job Details Position: LPN - Long Term Care (Licensed Practical Nurse) Location: Franklin, NH 03235 (New Hampshire nursing jobs) Setting: On-site, Long Term Care Facility (LTC) Shift: 12-hour nights (18:45 - 07:15) - Night nurse role Hours per Week: 36 (Guaranteed) Duration: 14 weeks (3/2/2026 - 6/7/2026) Schedule: Every other weekend required Employment Type: Travel Contract - travel nursing / LTC travel job Estimated Weekly Salary: $1170-$1230/week Job Requirements Active and unrestricted LPN license in New Hampshire (NH LPN) Minimum 1 year of LPN experience, preferably in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar clinical setting Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts and providing consistent night nursing coverage Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical documentation skills Medication administration experience and attention to resident safety Current BLS certification (preferred) Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care (LTC) facility Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate medication administration Monitor, assess, and document residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the RN or supervisor Assist residents with activities of daily living and maintain resident comfort and safety during night shifts Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (RNs, CNAs, therapists) to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and follow facility policies and regulatory standards Why This LPN Night Shift Role?
